Valrix provides digital utility payment services including electricity, water, gas, broadband, landline, DTH, mobile postpaid, insurance, and other bill payment categories through the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) and partner networks, along with business wallet, payout, and merchant onboarding services for registered partners.

2. Account Registration

Business accounts are provisioned after verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. User Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate consumer numbers, biller details, and payment information.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and legitimate transactions.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Maintain sufficient wallet balance for payments and payouts you initiate.
4. Payments & Wallet

Wallet credits, bill payments, and payouts are processed as per the transaction records maintained by our systems. Convenience fees, where applicable, are displayed before you confirm a payment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Services may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control, including biller and bank system availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Valrix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including losses caused by incorrect details provided by the user, delays by billers or banks, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on this platform are the property of Valrix Technologies or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
